服务很不错，外面景色很美，但基本都是森林，比较空旷，房间很大很干净，唯一的小遗憾是早餐的选择没有很多。
酒店房间很大，住着很舒心。很适合家庭出行选择这个品牌的酒店，酒店的早餐也不错，还有一个酒店的停车费是免费的，很不错。
房间非常不错。
最满意的一点，房间很大。o
不幸的是，第一天晚上，我们在车里待了一整天，本来想晚上10点就睡觉，结果隔壁和对面的房间里都住着一大家人/一群人。他们简直太嗨了。他们摔门而去，在走廊里跑来跑去，敲门又跑，一直到凌晨。我们打电话给前台，但他们只能让他们安静下来。我以前在酒店从未经历过这种情况。真希望管理层能更严厉一些，因为这种情况持续了好几个小时。

我之前不知道我们每天都要主动要求提供干净的毛巾和垃圾桶（我们住了几个晚上）。所以我们每天都得把垃圾倒出去，还要每天主动要求提供毛巾。只是我之前没意识到而已。没什么大不了的。
总体来说，这个地方很不错，浴室/淋浴间很大，房间很舒适，床很完美（没有背痛）
而且位置非常靠近餐饮、购物等场所。
我和同事住了两晚……第一晚，一群棒球少年在深夜里横冲直撞，在走廊里敲门、跑来跑去、大喊大叫！第一晚还可以原谅，毕竟我们早上六点就要起床上课，但第二晚就完全不能接受了！
前台 April 非常乐于助人，非常专业，感谢你们让我们的住宿经历如此难忘
我住了两晚后两次要求打扫房间，清洁阿姨中午答应了，但我们下午5点回来时，房间根本没打扫，床铺也没整理等等。我们非常失望，于是打电话给前台反映了情况。昨晚，我去前台申请把下班时间从上午11点推迟到中午12点，因为我们的冰球赛程有变，但他们拒绝了。他们根本没有尝试提供任何帮助。我告诉那位男员工，我很惊讶，因为我们通常提出这样的要求都没问题。
我们因为冰球比赛，几乎每周都要去波士顿及其周边地区，这将是我最后一次预订汉普顿酒店。唯一还算不错的早餐。
我把一些东西忘在房间里了。离开后我立刻就打电话过去，他们说会尽快回复我。结果他们一直没回我。完全不顾客人留在房间里的财物。
我希望附近有更多的餐饮选择
