Room was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. My mother said it was the best breakfast she has ever had at a hotel provided breakfast ever with the best selection.

I was very happy with the clean room and the fact you are now using large bottles of shampoo and body wash instead of all the little ones. My room was quiet, and breakfast was very good-I had an egg frittata. The thermostat was on the wall for easy access and viewing. There were USB ports as well as receptacles for charging devices.

The room was in good condition but the night staff lady at the front desk was horrendous. Unhelpful, not at her desk, lying on the couches while drinking a beer. She was rude and even threatened to call the police on us to kick us out for asking for bottles of water. She was intimidating my wife and son at the front desk. I have never experienced anything so terrible in all of my years travelling all over the world and staying at hotels. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had and not to mention our room was not ready for us when we tried checking in at 3 we had to wait several hours as did all of the other customers. I would never recommend your hotel to anyone I know and I certainly would never stay at your hotel when I visit Pittsburgh again. Thank you

The overnight shift is a tough one and the employee in question was drinking an energy drink NOT a beer. I apologize for the rude and aggressive behavior exhibited by the overnight staff. 前台电脑系统里没有我的预订记录。我只好打电话给*******客服，他们让我等了30分钟。他们说会联系前台，但酒店前台一直没接到电话。因为没有预订记录，前台不让我办理入住，所以我现在还在大堂等*******的回复。
从入住到退房都非常便捷。早餐种类丰富，房间也无可挑剔。
我们把东西落在了房间里，打电话后，酒店帮我们保管到我们取回为止。
强烈推荐。
房间和酒店都很干净。床和枕头都很舒服。员工很友好。包含美味的热早餐。
下次肯定还会入住。
就我而言，床不舒服。太软了，而且非常非常软。
床看起来有点旧了。泳池水真的很冷，尽管我们被告知温度是80摄氏度。
房间不是很干净。浴室门很脏。门把手很脏，地毯没有吸尘干净。地毯上有碎屑或某种碎屑。
