Check in was very fast, Blanche is amazing! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast in the lobby was better than most I have had from a hotel. Will definitely return to this location for future visits.

The receptionist was very unprofessional last night. Check-in took much longer than expected, and the two room keys I was given didn’t work. I had to come back down to get another set, yet there was no courtesy of an apology or even a thank you.

Our team is available to correct any issues immediately when notified.Regarding daily housekeeping, Hilton's current brand standard provides service every other day to occupied rooms. This policy is clearly posted on a sticker on each guestroom's bathroom mirror and we try very hard to relay that information to guest who have multi-night stays when they check in. A simple call to the front desk to request towels or housekeeping service when necessary is always welcomed.We hope you will give us another opportunity to make your next stay a better one. We hope to see you again soon!
