We spent about 15 mins waiting to check in bc no one was around. Then went for breakfast and if you offer it until 10. Make sure it’s not empty or picked over by 9. Only one of our key cards worked.

Our son plays football for the University of Mount Union so we come up from Florida at least 3 or 4 times a year. This is our go to hotel and we have yet to be disappointed. I need to sign up for rewards though to save some money. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

Didn't have time to take in amenities other than the breakfast but it was all good.

Lobby and staff were very friendly and helpful! We were located on the third floor and you could hear people walking from above!

Every employee we encountered was so friendly. The breakfast was one of the nicest one we have encountered in our travels.

Food was not so good. Pre cooked and not fresh. Lukewarm at best. One morning had to wait on coffee, eggs, waffle mix, and scones. All items were waiting service from kitchen. Stayed 5 nights and experienced limited choice and repeats in breakfast items.
