Room and bathroom was clean. The room had the smell of paint and was a bit too strong but we couldn't open the windows due to the monkeys. Otherwise it was a good stay. The complimentary breakfast was a bit disappointing sadly for strict vegetarians. The check in was seamless and quick. Thank you for that.

We booked in Khanna Fiesta since we couldn't get in our usual places. We were initially a bit apprehensive while booking as well as when we reached the place. It is nestled inside a U-shaped shopping area with a hotel, restaurant, bar and a shop. Reception area is small; however, has seating, newspapers and water. Room was very spacious. Had all the room amenities expected. Safe was not working (under repair according to the hotel staff). Even after keeping the extra bed, there were sufficient room to walk around. Breakfast was served in the roof top. Breakfast was sufficient and had good variety (not much of continental items though). They have room service(didn't use). It doesn't have a pool (or a gym, I guess). I guess the 3 star rating is due to this. Vellore fort is walkable distance. There are shops and restaurants nearby. We tried the vegetarian restaurant in the same complex, which was OK. Overall, good value hotel for a comfortable stay in Vellore.

The property is well-maintained, spacious, and luxuriously furnished. The only drawback is the pre-check-in cost, which is approximately 2000 INR, which may be considered excessive. Additionally, there are three restaurants on-site, as well as a bar. The staff is courteous and the breakfast served is exceptionally satisfactory.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we checked in, we faced issues. The key card repeatedly failed, causing unnecessary hassle just to access our room. The room itself was not cleaned properly – we noticed hair on the bed under the quilt, which clearly indicates that the bedsheets were reused without being washed. That’s completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Although same was renewed on request. Although the Breakfast Buffet in Zing restaurant was not disappointing, but the dinner buffet was a disaster strongly recommend people to stay away during dinner time its all left over food. Veg Restaurant is First floor was a good choice compared to Zing Restaurant.

I stayed and enjoyed the time. Hotel's management is fine. Cleanliness is maintained. Staffs are cooperative. Cantine is nice.All over everything is fine.
