Excellent value for money, convenient underground parking next door included in the price. Nicely renovated and location was perfect for walking around the city. Unfortunately for me the mattress was very hard and bedroom/bathroom were very small but it was spotlessly clean and I would visit again.

Breakfast was denied, it owner managed property, owner was very mean old man. Makes fuss on small things like closing door, bringing food from outside, and talking on loung / sitting area. Gave me very hard time, he is the meanest I have ever met.

We were greeted at reception by the very helpful Angela who took us personally to their free secure underground parking next door. We had a very comfortable spacious room and substantial breakfast. We loved the warmth of this family owned hotel in the heart of beautiful Ioannina.
