酒店环境很好，要不是下雨还可以酒店里面走走，里面很大，也有娱乐设施，员工服务很好，每个人都带着微笑，行李也帮忙提房间
离乌布市区大概20分钟，不算远，楼下就是阿勇河的支流，有人在漂流，酒店在一个山谷里，3百多的套餐含双早还有一顿下午茶，真的没有比这个性价比更高的了，有一位酒店工作人员好像叫Bintang，非常热情帮我们解决问题。
除了不要住01-07的房间，沿街非常吵，无法入睡
整体硬件、自助早餐一般，但是工作人员服务热情，会传染的那种，虽然我是个社恐，周边环境不错，比较适合放空，送的下午茶种类还是可以，就是吃起来进步空间很大，后面在万豪APP有同步订单，还以为会给房晚，最后还是自己想多了，哈哈
12月过来巴厘岛游玩，看到这家评价很好，房间很大，当时优惠时可能因为不是旺季，差不多3000元4晚，非常划算。团队也知道当天是我生日，特意准备了卡片小蛋糕小装饰，太有心了。下次还想再住他们这一家
房间有熏香 提出要求后即刻换了一间房 雨季房间有点潮湿 服务人员了解后 给放了个除湿器
酒店人员很热情 入住期间热情打招呼 且记得我的名字 记得喜好 游泳蹭伤 工作人员帮忙寻找医疗用品 事后酒店管理询问是否滑倒或者需要特别处理 主动帮忙拍照 健身房简单但是跑步机椭圆仪 哑铃肩背器械都有
泳池景色很好 水质不错 酒店瓶装水没有问题 不拉肚子 可以放心喝 餐厅早餐西式及本地特色居多 很丰盛 营养均衡 中晚餐 比较国际化 蚊子很** 吃了顿晚饭 三个人只薅我一只羊 期间找饭店人员帮忙换零钱 也很乐意帮忙 免费shuttle bus去乌布中心
此次入住Sthala的整体体验可谓喜忧参半。首先必须称赞的是无与伦比的服务，从踏入大堂开始，每一位员工都面带微笑，热情周到，让人有宾至如归的感觉。酒店环境也非常出色，公共区域的设计巧妙地将现代感与巴厘岛风情融合，绿植环绕，多个泳池点缀其间，非常适合拍照和放松。
然而，房间内部存在一些硬伤。由于酒店位于乌布的山林地带，房间内确实能感到明显的潮湿感，并且伴随一丝若有若无的霉味，这对于对气味敏感的客人可能会造成困扰。此外，早餐的选择相对单一，连住了几天后发现种类变化不大，与周边同级别酒店相比，丰富性和精致度略有不足。
总结来说，如果您非常看重服务和环境设计，并能接受房间的潮湿问题，Sthala仍是一个不错的选择。但若追求完美的住宿体验和丰盛的早餐，或许可以考虑其他选项
我们在这里住了四晚，住宿体验非常棒。我额外付费升级到了丛林套房。这里是我们在乌布和蒙杜克周边游玩的绝佳基地。非常宁静，河水的声音非常舒缓！在巴厘岛发洪水那天，我们也很享受酒店的设施。
早餐非常丰盛，种类繁多，非常出色。员工服务也是一流的。还在他们的Tahara水疗中心享受了一次很棒的按摩。
在 Sthala 住得很棒，下次还会再来。
酒店维护得很好，满足了我们的所有需求。
这里是乌布一个很棒的住宿地点，远离喧嚣的公路，晚上还能看到星星，伴着河流的潺潺水声入眠。
他们的酒吧价格实惠，而且很棒！

酒店不大，设施也比较基础，距离乌布皇宫有些距离，周围几乎没有饮食和购物商店，但是服务给我留下了深刻印象，每个员工都面带笑容，能够及时提供帮助，给人很高的情绪价值，让我们真正有宾至如归的感觉。
