Jaylyn in Housekeeping was very thoughtful and kind. Debbie was patient and provided exemplary customer service at check-in and checkout. Grateful for daily person popcorn bags and hot water/tea station.

Honestly, as dirty as the room felt with no remote for the TV. I did not want the breakfast.
I requested a remote and the front desk lady was taking forever on the phone looking to avoid getting one. I asked her before the phone rang.
The room smelled like mold. I almost packed up and left.
Room 103 needs to be checked for mold.

The first room had a strong mildew smell. Switched rooms and the humidity was awful in the 2nd room. It also needed some cleaning. There was jelly or something sticky on the desk. The bed was comfortable.
