Well the hotel is beautiful but the room bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows smelled like old musty, the bathroom was dirty I cleaned it lots of dirt came up, and toilet had stain n shower too
The ac kept not working through the night stayed on cool. We had to keep getting up to try to fix, I went to lobby few times no one was there, I called to report no answer
The breakfast meats were undercooked, I couldn't enjoy soft bacon and sausage was over cooked I guess from microwaved
eggs were not satisfactory.
So no not happy
I really would like a refund, I left my number to call me, no response

My family of five very much enjoyed our stay here. We LOVED having the full kitchen & table. It made eating/playing board games during down time so much easier. The lobby, communiy dining area, and pool areas were clean and welcoming. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely be back! :)

Reservation NOT honored due to overbooking
I arrived for check in and was told the suite I reserved was not available because they were overbooked. They offered an alternate room with no price adjustment. However, that room was not yet available because the occupant requested a late check out. I left and called the front desk around 5 and they still could NOT tell me when the alternate room would be available. This is NOT the quality service I expect from a Marriott. I ended up as a welcome walk-in at a competing hotel.

Beautiful hotel. The only issue is if your handicapped try and get back to hotel early they have not enough spots. The parking lot is huge, I don't know why they didn't make them all row in the area they have.

I loved everything about the property. My only complaint is that the one bedroom suite didn’t have a pullout sofa. I used to work for Marriott and that is very unusual for a Residence Inn. I guess it’s all about making extra money with the roll away beds.

Highlight the fact that there’s a property was in the area where I could easily walk to some things pertaining to food. Nice space. My family and I did not feel like we were on top of one another while staying in live resident Inn. I would definitely come back and stay at this Resident Inn if ever need be.

The hotel is nice, spacious and the screener was everything for the reason I was there for. The staff was attentive and very professional my entire stay. The hotel on 1 of my days there did not any clean towels available for me and my family, we had to wait until the staff finish washing to get available towels which was a couple of hours, also while dinning for breakfast there I saw a roach crawling across the bar counter that I witness and other guess, made it aware to staff member Jayna, Jayna got a napkin, kill the roach, pick it up with the napkin and threw it away. The fact the roach was crawling on the counter and going neat the bar, no kind of sanitation was performed after this it scares me to even eat there or stay there again. This is not clean house keeping at all.
