This hotel has been a favorite of my wife’ and mine over the past few years. Recently, we’ve noticed it’s starting to show signs of wear and tear, and these need to be addressed before it changes the whole look of this great hotel!

Amazing Comfort and hotel
Breakfast was not the best. Nice options, just poor quality. Eggs were tasteless and fluffy. Gravy just did not have good taste. Hard boiled eggs felt rubbery. Juice was excellent as was coffee and fruit. Did not have a waffle.

My room wreaked of cigarette smoke. When i asked the lady at the fromt desk about it, she said, "They pretty much all smell like that."

Hotel staff is welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for a family. Has great amenities. The downsize is that our room was on the 2nd floor overlooking a trailer park. It’s odd when you see them and they see you. Opt for the other side, overlooking the highway instead.

Check in staff (evening shift) had to finish their own conversation before helping me, they were complaining about other customers directly and loudly within countertop distance of me.
Night shift was rude when I asked nicely if they had anymore cold water because fridge hadn’t been restocked.
Day shift check out individual was extremely cheerful and helpful and kind

Overall a great experience. The one thing that would be an improvement would be the doors for the shower and restroom areas in the room. When the doors are closed and the lights are turned on it is EXTREMELY bright in the room. WAY TOO bright. If we had small children, it would definitely wake them up. This is a poor design. Not enough to make me use another hotel, however it is very close to being a deal breaker.

前台有点不靠谱，得留心贵重物品，不然东西丢了可能就找不回来了。那位黑人男员工非常友好，但那个白人中年女员工态度就不怎么样了。
