The bathroom floor was dirty and I had to wipe the floor with a soapy washcloth. The shower was dripping into a metal plate and I had to place towels on the plate to stop the loud drip sounds. The roads were only partially plowed after 4.5 inches of snow.

We gave this property one last chance to keep our business and they did. Specifically, Angela who checked us in. She was away just for a few helping another guest get coffee, but with just a brief wait, greeted us and made eye contact even! So good. (3 other desk clerks barely looked up as we came and went when paying the desk at other times).
Angela was personable, professional and even spoke highly of maintenance and housekeeping too.
Needs more than 4 handicap spots, has twice as many diamond member spots.
All in All, we'll likely be back.

AC wasn't working properly, and there was too much noise. I was on a long road trip and didn't feel rested after my stay.

All was good. Breakfast was not hot at all. It was kind of warm and they don’t have a microwave in the dining area to reheat anything. You would have to get your food and take it back to your room and use the Microwave there. The cost of the stay should ensure a HOT MEAL or credit for not having hot food.

Water in bathroom sink and shower was luke warm with little pressure! Breakfast items and coffee not hot? Room window view is a building wall - room 228. Staff were helpful and other facilities were good.
