Property was nice, but our stay was not good from a service stay point. When we arrived we did not have a fitted sheet on the bed, just the mattress pad cover, it took a little time to get a sheet that we had to put on; was promised a free night because of the inconvenience but did not receive it from Orbiz or Hilton. There was no room serve the first two days of our stay. We had to request towels, and the general manager was a little smug.

Arriving to find no fitted sheet on the bed and having to wait for one to be provided is not the level of comfort we strive to deliver. We also regret the lack of housekeeping service during the first two days and the inconvenience of having to request towels.

Check in was great. Very efficient. The young man was pleasant and provided a nice gift bag for being Hilton Honors members.

Thank you to the Manager Hayleigh was very helpful in accommodating our early check in, all staff was friendly, greeting. Room was so clean and spotless.
Valet guys were great too. Very nice stay.

Everything was great except parking. Nothing available within three blocks due to the festival, except valet. Thought there was onsite parking for hotel guests. Entrance was also very hard to find, no signs.

Staff was courteous. Your BREAKFAST needs work. SOME FOOD ITEMS were unidentifiable!! Not at all appealing!!! Bacon was like CARDBOARD. Could not identify some items. The eggs were at very least palatable. Seriously, I will remember how terrible this offering was to start my day! The room was WONDERFUL!!

Staff was great. Valet staff very nice and quick to get our car. Did not have breakfast since it closed at 9. Room spacious and clean. I would give 4.5 just because I didn’t experience everything.

这次旅行是为了去Bon Secours Wellness Center看演唱会。酒店离很多美食和场馆都很近，步行即可到达。房间非常完美，干净又舒适。床是我睡过的最舒服的，很久没有睡得这么好了。真希望我知道床垫是什么牌子的，我也想买一个。
