The hotel appearance is nothing like the pictures. The hot tub is closed with scum and mold and nasty stuff growing at the bottom, where you can tell the water has been untreated and stagnant for quite some time. The wood that you step on and sit on in thw sauna is falling apart. There is no fitness center like advertised, the staff is extremely rude, especially when you comolain about their shortcomings and laugh at you when you mention any possible refund due to their negligence and false advertisement. Also the pool was FREEZING cold, my kids and i couldnt even enjoy it. The pool room wasnt even warm enough to have a cold pool. The short middle eastern woman, mid length hair and glasses, who refused to give me her name, who worked 11/30/25 around noon after Heather in the morning, refused to give me any contact info of a manager/supervisor/owner or someone of importance that i could talk to about the conditions, etc. They ALSO Advertise a FULL BREAKFAST and ONLY OFFER coffee, juice, breads, waffles... Continental breakfast style breakfast.. Also i had a 2 day stay booked and they had my room keys deactivated after 11am the first day like i only had 1 night. I have never been treated ao nasty or rudely. I highyly recommend going to 5 corners or gorham motel not here.
I paid for this hotel specially so my children and i had breakfast in the morning before i had to go to work and so i had a hot tub.. oh and the arcade rooom? Its a joke. This place is a disgrace, im mad

I did not feel we got the room for what we paid, Prices were too high considering it was peak time during fall. I paid almost 3x to the hotel compared to non-peak time prices. The room did not feel clean, and washroom was bad with shower was running like if we opened a tap above the head.

很棒的酒店。房间很大，所有必需品一应俱全（咖啡机、冰箱、厨房、微波炉等等）。浴室一流，用品齐全。早餐很棒，总之，简直就是天堂。这是我17次美国之旅中住过的最好的汽车旅馆之一。
一切都很好，但他们应该更新房间里的电视。电视很旧，没什么可看的，看完会觉得无聊。他们应该更新一下，换上价格便宜的现代智能电视。这是我唯一的抱怨。其他一切都很棒。
每次我们预订时，这家酒店都会欺骗我们，酒店会包含*******税费，而且每次他们都会向我们收取额外费用，他们是唯一这样做的地方，所以这是虚假陈述，我来的时候是这个价格，结果变成了另一个价格
吸尘器都没用过。淋浴水压很差。根本没法冲洗头发。更糟糕的是，你还能听到他打呼噜。而且使用 ******* 还得额外支付 12 美元。
空调太吵了。也许可以把椅子放在外面，这样我们就可以坐坐了。他们正在装修。也许以后会好一些。
