Sink was leaking in bathroom…. Booked for 2 nights and tried to extend for a third and there was absolutely no help or assistance so I checked out and am going to stay in another hotel which is extremely inconvenient and messed up my plans to spend the day with daughter…. I have stayed here multiple times through the years and will not be coming back

Lady at front desk was very nice and professional. Very helpful in answering questions. Breakfast menu featured many items to choose from. Location to other locations in the area could not have been better.

THE BEST IN SPRING HILL
My son and family live in Spring Hill. This is my go-to hotel EVERY time. Hands down the best!! The staff is incredible, very safe area, near several restaurants and shopping.

Pet-friendly amazing stay
I was happy to find a pet friendly hotel. We have not been able to travel with our furry friend much due to limited places. This place was very welcoming. I lived how they had treats at the front desk for the 4-legged companions. This place was very clean and tidy. I am not sure if we were the only one's there at the time with a pet, but if we weren't we did not hear a single bark or meow anywhere. I love how they give a door hanger to let staff know there is a pet in the room. I definitely recommend this place a million times over if you are travelingwith pets! There were so many options for breakfast, and a decent time window for it too. I can't say enough good things about this place.

My wife and kids traveled with me for work. The pool was not in service the entire time. Otherwise, the staff was great and friendly. Hotel was clean

All good except the design of the lavatory faucet controls were nearly unusable. ON/OFF and HOT/COLD were totally non-intuitive as to how they worked. Even by third day, I had trouble using them.
All else good.

The staff has completely changed. The current staff is friendly and efficient, but I do miss the folks that used to work there as they new me by name.

Only place I stay while traveling on business in Columbia TN. The staff is always the best and the hotel is the best in the area. Clean, safe and absolutely wonderful!
