Great hotel and staff! Always friendly and welcoming. The staff is always willing and awesome at helping. My only gripe are the pillows, but that's just me. I prefer a firmer pillow. Overall a great hotel with great staff

Super clean!
I highly recommend this place for a pleasant experience. It was quiet, friendly, and clean. Our room was perfect for my husband, our two kids, and myself. Also, the price was more affordable than the rest of the hotels around. I would definitely stay here again.

Good except breakfast.
Everything was great…except for the breakfast that was offered. It was so bad that on the 2nd morning we skipped breakfast and went and got a coffee and bagel elsewhere.

LOUD but friendly staff
Hotel conveniently located off I-20. Spacious covered entrance convenient for check-in. Chrissy was super friendly and conversational. Quickly accommodated my request for 2 additional pillows. King studio suite with sofa bed was moderately spacious with a privacy curtain between the bed and sofa. My 10yo reported the sofa bed was actually comfortable, and a full sheet set for it with 2 pillows was in the cabinet next to the closet (nice because most hotels leave only 1 pillow for the sofa bed). King bed was, unfortunately, not comfortable: bedding composed of several thin layers would not stay put. Hubby and I both woke go with back pain both mornings. Bathroom rather small but adequate. Room was clean and cool with plenty of counter space, cubbies, and closet space. TV has access to Netflix. Full-size appliances and dishware. The noise level coming from the rest of the hotel was SO loud in our room. The walls must be paper thin. We could smell coffee someone made in their room at 11 P.M. for over an hour. We heard doors slamming and banging around all night long. Thankfully, we travel with a floor fan just for white noise, and I serendipitously packed a portable sound machine because I had to crank it up full blast just to sleep. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 A.M. on a Sunday to see if they could clean our room prior to check out. Breakfast was prepackaged sandwiches to warm. At a rate of over two hundred a night, we will not stay again.

我们住在一间残疾人专用房间。房间很大。有两个问题，一个是不能在浴缸/淋浴间使用残疾人专用座椅。水会积聚在座椅上，然后流到地板上。到处都是水。不安全。另一个问题是地毯上到处都是污渍。看起来一点也不干净。
