Staff was great. Rooms were clean. The manager Natalie was so kind to everyone that walked in. Makes you feel welcomed and like your at home. Will definitely always stay here when I’m in the area.

I had a great experience here. The staff was extremely friendly at check-in.Great room. Great price. Very spacious. Very clean. Great location. Lots of food options nearby. Close to the freeway for easy access. A very nice breakfast in the morning with many options. I will surely stay here again and put it on my favorite places to stay.

I had a light bulb out that Was not replaced .I told the front desk when I arrived and my entire stay it was dark in that corner of the room.

My room had issues with the AC. The maintenance person came to fix Air but it was a constant problem. We didn’t have a remote control for the TV. It took 3 new remotes to get one working. The front desk day worker had a difficult time understanding English. She was sending maintenance men to fix the issues that were not broken. And didn’t fix the items that needed repair. I had to pack up my room and move one night at midnight because the room
got too hot and we couldn’t sleep. If she would have understood my request for repairs I wouldn’t have needed to move at midnight. Seems the property has recently been remodeled and is not up to par yet.

Front end manager an a house keeper both had attitudes when I asked about the morning breakfast. They closed the morning breakfast earlier then 10am.

酒店回复: We do apologize that you miss breakfast but when you approach you ask "what time does breakfast close, and I inform you at 10am and at that time it was 10:05am. Then as you were speaking to the housekeeper, I do know that she was nice enough to provide you with some you some muffins and our housekeepers do not obtain breakfast until it is close at 10am.

The property was was nice and quiet, which I appreciated in. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I was complained about is the pillows were really flat. They did bring me more but they’re just really flat.

The check in staff was amazing and Natalie the customer service was amazing so friendly and sweet she made sure that if we needed anything before checking out she was there to help. Natalie deserves a gold star from The Hampton Inn. Definitely staying there again

Smell of cleaning solutions was overwhelming and gave us a headache, parking fee of $10 to stay there? That is B.S.! I will not be staying there again.
