Nice little room, older accommodation but new sink toilet and shower. Not the cleanest room but it was ok. I would stay here again if I come this way. Good parking and convenient Mexican restaurant right next door. The downtown area was very interesting and great small town feel.

Excellent value, pretty property, best location!

My family has been coming here for the better part of 3 decades every Labor Day weekend to take our boat out on Broken Bow Lake and visit Beavers Bend.. the owners of this place have gotten to know our family and always recognize us and come to give us hugs when we arrive each year. It’s not some 5 star resort, but it’s clean, the property is very well maintained, the rooms have connecting doors which is a must for our family.. they have a decent size fridge, a microwave, a nice flat screen tv, it’s always a wonderful value! Plus it shares a parking lot with our favorite restaurant! We will never not stay here when we come up!!

The room was clean, shower had good hot water.

Primary complaint is the unpleasant smell in the room. Once you open the front door this unpleasant smell hits you in the face. I can't even describe it. Fortunately I just dropped by to shower, I don't know if I could have actually stayed there due to the odor.

The only thing we did not like about the property was the tv did not have FOX on it and my husband wanted to watch the Super Bowl that night. Fortunately the restaurant next door did have it so he watched it there and they were super nice to him. The room was really nice and kind of rustic although you need to bring your own hairdryer and iron if you’ll need them. We would definitely stay there again.
