Heading up to our room the elevator smelled like non cigarette smoke, then once we got on our floor it was even stronger. So on that side of things I wasn’t happy to have that be the first impression. Room was nice, just dry/stuffy feeling then our Ac/Heat unit didn’t work right. Had planned on staying there again when we come back in December but not so sure about it now.

If it wasn’t a non refundable I would have backed out of the room & booked somewhere else ..The room was worn down , saints all over the furniture & curtains & dirty smeared headboard & kinda gross . Some of the lights didn’t work & the elevator was really dirty. I took pics of my room

Very disappointed with our stay. The AC wasn’t working during our visit, and although staff did attempt to fix it, the issue was never resolved. Overall, the experience left us feeling frustrated and let down.

我还要求多要一个枕头,因为枕头只有普通枕头的一半大,但他们说没办法。

住了一晚。前台工作人员非常友好,乐于助人。早餐一般,但有一些不错的选择。酒店需要深度清洁和重新粉刷。房间本身还不错,但开始出现磨损。我们住的是两居室,有两张特大床。我们很喜欢这个选择。唯一主要的抱怨是遮光窗帘关不上,只有内侧的透明窗帘能关上。停车场的灯光很亮,直接照进房间。我们用发夹把窗帘夹在一起,挡住光线,这样我们就能安心睡觉了。
