I had to get up to use the bathroom and there were no lights to make my way there (not even a nightlight). You could hear kids running up & down the hallway at night & again in the morning. The staff were all friendly and ready to help with any needs.

Amazing location for the Levee
The room was very quiet, even with facing the main road, shower pressure was amazing, air went down to 60, and check in/out was a breeze. A 10 minute walk to essentially everything in the Newport area! Very happy with my stay and I’ll be back. Mattress was super firm but everything was amazing!

Parking garage was hard to find. There is a garage directly under the hotel but no signs telling you that it's not the right one. The pool was also very cold. Room was small with no seating other than a single desk chair. Otherwise it was all just ok.

Had a very bad experience with the front desk manager, her name was sherry… She’s very rude and acts like you inconveniencing her… if she swirls there I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay there… Nesides her it’s a great place

The staff was great. It’s within walking distance to food, shopping, and entertainment. The parking garage is great. The bathroom sink was stopped up. The pool was gross and cloudy. The rug coming into the lobby is a tripping hazard.

Amazing hotel close to Newport on Levee
We booked last minute online once we got to Newport. Check in was easy. Staff friendly. Parking ($15) and hotel fee ($75) was additional to room charge, which wasn't a problem, just wished it was listed on the website. Room was amazing. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Room darkening curtains kept light out. Very clean and modern. Only complaint was the sink is definately for anesthetic purposes and not function! When brushing teeth no water pressure. The whole hotel was super clean. Updated. We utilized the pool and workout room. There is also a bar and lounge area, with a pool table. Small breakfast area (breakfast is not included in hotel stay). There are also seating areas and desk area for work, if needed. This was a short walk to Newport on the Levee. Definately would stay here again!
