Nice stay and staff was great. People above me were loud and the room was not as big as I had hoped.

First room I was checked into had an awesome mechanical noise coming from the AC unit, so I was switched into another unit. Pool suddenly closed after check-in (one of the main reasons we booked this hotel), and the hallway outside our room wreaked of ****. Staff were not particularly pleasant. There are too many other options in the immediate area to ever consider going back.

Room and public area was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We dropped our son’s blankie when we checked out. When I called the hotel Ashley answered and without a second of hesitation asked the room number and where we were parked, she put me on hold and found it immediately! She went above and beyond. It was as folded behind the desk with my name on it. Thank you Ashley! You saved the day!

酒店本身很好。我的衣柜里有一个用过的避孕套，但前台人员非常乐于助人解决问题。他们人手严重不足。早餐很差——没有足够的食物供客人使用，而且他们没有/不会补充食物。游泳池里没有毛巾，所以我们必须自己准备。游泳池也很浑浊/维护不善。如果他们有合适的服务人员，这家酒店真的会很棒。
由于他们的计算机系统故障，我们无法在抵达后办理入住。离开去拿食物。当我们一个小时后回来时，系统仍然处于关闭状态。他们无法向我们提供有关问题何时得到解决的估计。天色已晚，我们走了一整天也很累了。我们在附近的一家酒店预订了另一个房间。 Springhill Suites 拒绝退还我们的钱。非常令人失望！
