We checked in late and not already having a sheet on the pull out bed was frustrating. When asked for a sheet the front desk informed us they are being washed and wont be ready until 2am. I cant wait that long to put an 8 year old to bed. Also, not allowing a late checkout because we used a 3rd party site to book the hotel makes no sense.

Very clean and nice rooms. Layout was a little weird. Stayed for one night passing through. Lots of restaurants nearby. Slept great, quiet at night.

Pleasant Place to Stay
Very nice. Comfortable. They served a excellent breakfast with something for everyone. Coffee was great. Fast elevators. Clean! Honestly can’t think of anything bad.

酒店本身很好。我的衣柜里有一个用过的避孕套，但前台人员非常乐于助人解决问题。他们人手严重不足。早餐很差——没有足够的食物供客人使用，而且他们没有/不会补充食物。游泳池里没有毛巾，所以我们必须自己准备。游泳池也很浑浊/维护不善。如果他们有合适的服务人员，这家酒店真的会很棒。
由于他们的计算机系统故障，我们无法在抵达后办理入住。离开去拿食物。当我们一个小时后回来时，系统仍然处于关闭状态。他们无法向我们提供有关问题何时得到解决的估计。天色已晚，我们走了一整天也很累了。我们在附近的一家酒店预订了另一个房间。 Springhill Suites 拒绝退还我们的钱。非常令人失望！
