The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ganga at the front desk got us into our room quickly even though we were a late early. The attendants at the breakfast kept the food fresh and the area clean.

The room was above and beyond what i expected. It felt like an apartment was super comfortable and clean! Gen went out of her way to ensure my stay was smooth i cannot rave enough about how welcoming and accomidating she was. The breakfast buffet was magical, i just wish it was open till a little later. The grounds had so much to offer and the on site laundry was so brilliant! I will 100% be back

Hotel location, facilities and amenities was great and met our short stay in Charlotte. The staff and service provided was excellent. Close to lot of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The room was spacious and bonus to have a kitchen. It served our purposes for a quick visit. I would definitely stay here again👍

Everything was great except for two items. 1. The in-room coffee maker was broken.
2. The "free breakfast" was pretty much the generic type that you might get at a lesser hotel chain. At these prices you should get fresh scrambled eggs and actual sausages and real bacon. The fake bacon and soy sausage took away from the experience.
Otherwise the facilities and staff were excellent.

Our room’s bathroom got clogged on second evening. I asked for help and they handed over plunger which I am not supposed to do. I did it but didn’t help. So they told me they can ask their plumber to do next day until we have to use first floor general toilet which is lame excuse . We asked them to give us different type of room we will adjust they we had new room even though we had paid more for better room.
