Rooms are really nice and the location is the best for concerts. Drinks and dining are close by and great choices

The room was spotless, but what stood out to me was the staff they made my stay tremendous. I do have some mobility issues. Everyone there was more than helpful, pleasant, and friendly. I’ve never had such a wonderful day as I did at the Hampton Inn in downtown Saint Paul

This hotel is built well and managed wonderfully. The staff are very friendly at the front desk, valet, and breakfast. They are quick and professional at all levels. Breakfast items were kept stocked and they had a good variety. The valet service is so nice! No worrying about parking and they are very careful with you vehicle.

Valet parking - Elijah was courteous and so welcoming when we arrived before he took my car to park. And room was wonderful!

我们入住的是426号房间。沙发床上的床垫非常糟糕。我们之前多次入住这家酒店，沙发床上的其他床垫都很好。但这张床垫可能需要更换。正如我之前提到的，我们经常入住汉普顿酒店，以后也会继续入住。这是我唯一一次抱怨，也是我一直以来唯一的抱怨。

前台工作人员很友好，我和朋友带着孩子去附近的体育馆看演出。退房等候取车时，工作人员注意到我们躁动不安的孩子，便给了他们一本涂色书和蜡笔，让他们玩耍。
