Breakfast was excellent. Great variety and of very good quality. Staff was very helpful. We arrived a bit before official check in time but we were able to check in because a room was available. Overall a very good experience

There was a little bit of a debacle with my card, they charged me 3 times, there is no microwave in the room, the beds were comfortable. But the parking is horrible. You can't park, and there is construction in front. They also only have valet and they charge you for that.

Everything was good, except for the beds. Our family ranged in age from 16 to 50 and we all woke up with aching backs. Hard beds.

The room was very quiet clean and comfortable. All staff interactions were wonderful. Parking was a bit awkward with valet as alot of double parking amd food deliveries. Building felt safe and valet parking added extra security amongs5 the normal down town traffic. Very happy overall

我们刚到房间就发现床坏了，所以不得不换房间。到了第二个房间，我们又发现没有微波炉，没法加热食物，所以我只好跟一位工作人员去另一个房间拿微波炉，然后自己搬回房间。到了第三天，客房服务还没来打扫房间，也没给我们换毛巾，我只好打电话让他们上来。然后，我当着他们的面把所有垃圾都扔进了垃圾桶！
我预订的是特大床房，结果却给了我两张大床房。因为我是通过第三方网站预订的，他们说系统允许超额预订特大床房。除此之外，房间还不错。免费早餐也很好。
