Literally looked like a ******* house. The room smelt horrible. Tub and furniture in the room looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Mold on the walls. Holes in the wall. I started itching within 5 minutes of being in the room. The hotel refused a refund. We left and went to a different hotel.

First room very dirty with dead bugs on the pillows.

Second room not as dirty, but cracked mirrors, tv that did not work, leaking frig standing in water, all furniture was totally worn out and needing replacement.

Entire property was unkept and needed a good washing.

Such a sad experience.

The pictures of the room I booked were of a lovely, clean room, which I was excited to stay in for 2 days. When I arrived, however, the room was nothing even close to what was advertised. The door to the room was broken and could not be closed. I slept with the door cracked open and locked via chain bolt. The air conditioning unit was covered in dirt, rust, and grime, as was the rest of the room and all of the furnishings. There was mold and water damage on the walls, doors, and ceiling. The smoke detector had been ripped from the wall and not replaced. The toilet paper holder had also been ripped from the wall, but was left, wall plaster included, laying on top of the toilet along with a used roll of toilet paper. The shower was so covered in brown ick that I couldn’t even wash the dirt of the room off of me. I slept, fully clothed and on top of the covers, for fear of being infested with bed bugs or bacterial infection. I stayed one night because I had no choice, but I checked out the very next morning, halfway through my intended stay. The hotel denied my request for a refund for the stay and I have filed a claim with ******* through the insurance company that covered my stay. I wish I could attach all of my photos and videos here. They would shock you. The ONLY redeeming quality was that the receptionist was kind in person. But that does not even remotely make up for the rest. Several of my friends stayed at this hotel and had nearly identical feedback.

Pick a different place

This hotel was really dirty. The room was not effectively cleaned. Dirt left in the corners, and even the tray, that goes under the ice.

TV didn't work. Had to run down the person working to get it rectified.

Trash stacked in walkways.

Very uncomfortable stay.

Hotel PTSD

Awful! The person checking me in only communicated when necessary. No chit chat, long periods of complete silence. Barkin German Shepherd next door, waking me several times in the night. I require electricity at the bedside each night. The plug did not function and was exposed, no plate covering it. My cord was long but I had to sleep vertically on the bed to use the plug under the desk at the foot of the bed. There was no toilet paper holder, only evidence that maybe there was one previously. The furniture looked as though it had been purchased at a garage sale. These are the things that cause nightmares. Leaving one with a healthy dose of Hotel PTSD. Bad night explains it all, pretty much. 😩😩😩
