I enjoyed my stay. Smelled too much 2nd hand smoke at night, not cigarettes either.
Room was great, location is just right.

It smelt like nothing but ****. We couldn’t get our room door open some guy had to come each time and bang the door open. The room was discussing.

The staff at Super Inn are friendly and helpful, but the property needs major updates. Mattresses, bedding, and carpets are stained and worn, and non-smoking rooms should not be placed directly across from smoking rooms. With some basic upgrades, the stay could be much more comfortable.

Cheap But Good
This hotel is good if you just need a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable though. The tv would go in and out and the commode kept clogging up, but fixable. Otherwise it really wasn’t a bad place to stay.

In room coffee did not work. Hotel had an odor. No elevator. Towels were stained.

An ok stay for the price..
It was an ok stay.. air conditioning was not working properly.. cleanliness was not that great.. workers was awesome and very helpful.. I didn’t like you could hear your neighbors in their rooms… over all it was an ok stay for the money… awesome shower water was super hot …

Not so good
The ceiling was coming down in the bathroom. Shower curtains were dirty. And the continental breakfast was a negative. Cheaper is not always better. I was looking for something affordable and close to the water park. Next time I know to stay in the area that is about 45 min from the water park.

Nothing about this property is appealing. Rooms smell like mildew and had spider webs like they never get cleaned. Found roaches in our first room, went to talk to someone at the front desk, she had her children sleeping in the floor while she was passed out in the corner. Service bell woke up her kids but not her and her kids woke her up. She offered me a different room but said i could only have it that one night due to it being booked. Found roaches in there as well as more spider webs and mold spots. They were also reluctant to issue refunds to me and several other guests that had the same issue. Literally the worst place i have ever stayed. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Horrible experience!
The room was infested with roaches and bugs. My family woke up with bite marks and itching, especially my 3 year old. Shower curtain was filthy in the bathroom. Breakfast was horrible. Management tried to clean after we complained. Several other guest complained about the bugs in their room as well. Manager said he could not refund any money because I booked online.
