Went to Michigan game, was looking for a reasonable priced place around a half hour south of the game and it was perfect. Easy on and off highway. Friendly staff, had issue with door key card and staff fixed within minutes. Clean pool area. Will stay again

The lady that checked us in took about 30mins to come to the front desk. Then when I came back to ask for different pillows she acted like it was an inconvenience.

The ladies working the check-in desk were both wonderful and helpful. The rooms bedding wasn’t changed. The hotel itself was nice , and I know the management needs to trust their staff to do their jobs but it’s just a shame when staff doesn’t. Probably won’t stay there again The manager the following day was very apologetic and he was genuinely sorry that we had an incident.

Toilette flush was working too loudly. Breakfast had less variety. There was no explanation on food.

This was a nice stay. Staff was friendly, room was comfortable and clean, and the hot breakfast selection was nice.

Supposed to be a fun celebratory alumni weekend, that turned into a disaster. Never had to be relocated into another room in my life due to poor cleanliness of the room, as well as, broken pieces of dresser, the mildewy and moldy smell, along with second room smelling like cat pee. Found bug on bathroom floor in second room unsure if it was just a beetle or cockroach but this trip, needless to say, was very unsettling, uncomfortable, and the worst stay i've ever had. 100% do not recommend as there is some big adjustmants that the company needs to do for upgrades, staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel. Thankfully the one staff member had came up and taken pictures. However still highly do not recommend!

There were bed bugs. No other room available. Had to find an available hotel at 130am. The hotel was easy to work with and a full refund was issued immediately.

Clean room. Nice breakfast. Only four mini pillows on a king-sized bed. Only one pouch of regular coffee. Through our first ******* review we were told we would be taken care of. We weren’t.

The hotel lobby was neat and clean. Our room was clean and everything had a nice set up. Our bed was compfy and we slept good. We have stayed here before when we have come to Dundee. We will look forward to staying here again.
