I got 2 separate reservations here. The first room I got was was good. It was clean, check in was easy. Had no problems. The second room i got was discusting, it smelled like cat pee as if there were 20 cats locked in there for a month, and someone let them out right before they have me the key. As soon as the door opened I felt like I was punched in the face with the smell of cat piss... You could see the stains on the carpet, I was scared to put any of my belongings down. I'm not sure why anyone would rent that room or thinking someone would be ok with it. I went down and spoke with the person at the front desk, he was amazing- very nice, no argument- great customer service, he got us another room right away. Three 3rd room was immaculate. No smell of pets, bathroom was clean, floors were clean- no complaints.
