Amazing hotel. It is rare to find a place that allows full control of air conditioning anymore. I was a BAS technician at a hospital and many of the modern systems give you fake control over temperature and wont even let you keep the fan running for ait flow. I sweat easily so staying at them has been uncomfortable. This hotel is fabtastic.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and the location was great, easy on and off on I 81. Resturaunts close by made dining easy. The VA Cemetery is also close by. I highly recommend staying there.

While the rooms and lobby were clean and the breakfast set up worked perfectly for us the hotel allows pets and our room, including the bedding, smelled of dog. The area around the hotel is not nice as it looks over a rundown home.

Liked: Benjamin, the afternoon check-in person is very good at what he does. I found him friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about the area, and courteous. Area is convenient, clean and safe. Breakfast person is very good at keeping the area stocked and refreshed. She is friendly and courteous. Room was clean. Overall a very good stay.

Staff was extremely helpful & curtious. The only major problem I had. I had stayed 4 nights & the maid only came into the room the first day. That was to only change out towels. I informed the front desk & asked for towels & toilet paper. It was happily given to me. I found out at the end of my stay by reading reviews, you had to put towels & trash in the hallway for exchange. I have no problem with this, if I would have been informed. Their was no sign telling this in the room.

well if I could rate negatively, I would. The first room they put us in, was not cleaned, food in closet still. The floor boards were coming up, it was so damp in the room. The entire hotel smelled of musk, and was damp. The second room, there was water damage in the ceiling were the drapes were, and the whole thing fell off the ceiling. Everything felt wet in the room especially the carpet. The hair dryer was burnt and didn't work. They had us go to another room to use the hair dryer. We had to get new room keys everyday of our 5 day trip. Nothing worked properly on the hotel at all. We tried to get our money back and leave, they took our number down and said they would call when the owner was back in town. tried to get a refund, they couldn't cause owner was mot there. This hotel was a joke.
