这是我住过的最糟糕的酒店。大堂整夜不停地播放着震耳欲聋的音乐,隔壁房间里有人打架,早上7点左右在大堂会议室举行教堂集会,声音大到外面和房间里都能听到。电话也坏了,所以有人想打前台电话,结果却打到了我们房间。不用说,我们在这个本该休息的酒店里根本没得到任何休息。当我们被告知这些担忧时,工作人员只是耸耸肩,什么也没做。无论位置有多好,我都不会再住这家酒店了。
基本入住和退房都还好。床很舒服,干净。泳池很脏,基本上没法用,水浑浊,上面漂浮着一层污垢、泡沫和头发。房间里的空调声音很大,晚上开着的时候很难入睡。虽然制冷效果不错,但没有除湿功能,所以我们所有的东西都湿透了!毛巾一直都干不了。虽然“新装修”,但里面已经很脏很乱了。有一天,一个流浪汉敲门来找我们,说要见一个以前住在这里的人!我们住了一个星期,迫不及待地想离开。
除了地理位置优越(附近有购物中心和餐厅)以及酒店员工的专业素养外,我对这家酒店没什么好评价。酒店靠近高速公路,噪音很大。一进酒店就能闻到一股刺鼻的气味,出了电梯走到房间地板上时,气味更加难闻。房间和走廊的地毯上都有明显的污渍。房间里的沙发有明显的破损和撕裂,床单上也有明显的污渍,卫生间的卫生设备也坏了(没有卫生纸架);床上发现了昆虫(我把一只活虫递给了前台)。泳池区没有毛巾,水温极低,水里漂浮着不卫生的头发/假发。此外,泳池浅水区和深水区的分隔绳也断了,纵向裂开了。

糟糕的假日酒店
我对假日酒店的期望更高。空调能用,但噪音很大。卫生间不干净,布局也很糟糕。空间很小,必须挪开门才能坐在马桶上。厕纸连一层都没有。
人手不足,房间和走廊需要清洁。房间不如预期干净。垃圾桶里没有垃圾袋,走廊里有垃圾和食物散落在房间外面。非常需要吸尘。早餐还可以。
