The room was clean and good for a standard hotel stay. The gentleman working at the front desk came off a bit abrasive during check in, definitely rubbed us the wrong way.

The Suite was just what me and my Mom needed. Carrie-Lynn did an awesome job making sure we had everything we needed. She was absolutely the best!

房间面对着一个大型拖车停车场，在如此风景优美的地方，这可不是你期望的景色——火车整晚都经过。酒店向我收取了一晚的费用，而网站上错误地为我预订了房间，而不是我最初输入的真实日期。我一直找不到人来跟我谈谈，或者帮我退还费用。最后我把经理逼到了墙角，他一直说已经超过 15 天了，所以他无能为力——很棒的客户服务！他一直说你没有出现——好吧，我住在华盛顿州，这不是开玩笑——他拒绝为我打折这次旅行的费用，一直暗示我应该找人谈谈——我给他看了所有的通话记录，他否认有什么问题。——我再也不会光顾他们的家了，你应该避开这些酒店……还有更多选择

房间非常干净整洁。床上用品非常豪华、干净、舒适。我希望空调/风扇能选择保持运行，不然房间睡觉时会有点热，但老板和员工显然很关心酒店和客人。推荐。

我们没遇到任何问题。旅途中住宿的好地方。酒店门前附近就有一列火车。如果您介意的话，可以要求一间靠后的房间。
