The room was clean but a bit small. The hotel overall was very nice. The location near 4th St is great, but I would walk to 4th St after dark. It's a bit sketchy til you get to 4th St itself. Having Table 32 next door is awesome.

Room for improvement.
Front desk person left us waiting while she was going over a note with another employee who stayed with her at the front desk after finally checking us in. Mold in the shower had been growing for some time. Could be a nice stay with great restaurants nearby. Attention to customer service and property condition would make all the difference.

Room was clean. Air worked great. Almost new building. Can hear loud cars on interstate is only drawback.great breakfast and coffee close to major attractions. They do have a courtesy van also but did not inquire

Train horns all night. Couldn't sleep. Dirty bathroom with mold in shower and dirt stains in shower pan. ******* customer service advised against me staying there after they spoke with the Avid staff saying they were incredibly rude to them. I should have listened. Unsafe area with motorcycles racing on the road outside the hotel all night. Breakfast was not good. The only thing we liked was the decor of the hotel.
