Hotel is in very nice village with good restaurants and bars, rather chill place, without parties so very nice for families. Whole hotel is rather clean and nice, very nice private beach with sunbeds. Apart this we were avoiding food, our kids was eating only fries because was not so much choice for them... And for us so we were eating mostly in restaurants, i had this feeling that dinner was preapered from what rest from lunch... Breakfast everyday the same. What was very nice and made our stay so fun was dance in the pool provided by one of the girl Kasha, she was very energetic, funny and always with a smile, as well suncastles competition, we did not win but we had really great fun. As well waterpolo game gave us a lot of fun. Very shame that it was just once. This attractions made our stay good. Thanks as well to bar stuff, very friendly and preapering nice cocktails.

We are currently staying at the hotel. We are very satisfied with our room – it’s clean and spacious. The hotel itself is clean, and the pool and beaches are decent. However, don’t expect the level of service that should come with a five-star hotel – it is very poor. You will often encounter extremely unfriendly staff, especially in the restaurant. The restaurant is mostly run by young people who behave in a very rude and disrespectful manner toward guests. The tables are constantly full of dirty dishes and food, they don’t clear them in time, they’re not properly set, and you constantly have to ask for plates, cutlery, napkins, and glasses – and it’s the same every single day. This is extremely frustrating. The service is really weak, and the price on Booking for this period for a family of five is €4,500!! Unfortunately, we are not having a good experience.

5 -star hotel but with maximum 3-star services and facilities. You pay ultra all inclusive but the food ends in an hour. you have to ask for plates, forks, napkins. the snacks are the same sandwiches every day and maybe some fruit. Poor cleaning. uncomfortable sunbeds. Small beach but with sand. Nice for kids. They tax 100 euro for 5 star hotel/ week but nothing to do in this village. Lost in time. No sidewalks,you have nowhere to go for a walk.

Excellent hotel! The food was fantastic, the staff very friendly. Also the hotel is front of the sea and the are is magic. Cleaning is in the highest level, pool and beach in the top! I recommend it to everyone, please visit the sky bar in the roof, you will never forget it!

On arriving the hotel looked stunning and the evening porter was really nice and extremely helpful. And that’s where it ends food absolutely awful cold only been here 3 days and wishing I could get flights home. The manageress feral children took over the pool running bombing next too people and if you said something totally rude, and obviously making a complaint fell on deaf ears, supposedly we have a superior room 409 however furnishing worn out shower filthy and could do with an update. Supposedly 5* and I understand a star down against England but I would put this 3 at the very best

Good relation of price and quality. This was our first travel to Greece and our friends recommended to go to Halkidiki. I went with my husband and 2 children of 8 and 10. We needed something budget-friendly, clean, and comfy, and not far from the beach. We had not much time and choice so we picked what was available for the period. We did our serch on the net and looked through several reviews. A dicent place with goiod service and friendly staff. It was an enjoyable week.

This is a shame for a 3* hotel and not for the “5* hotel”. The pool is unusable because it’s too small. The beach is the dirtiest one we have seen with cigarette leftovers and dirty beach inventory. We had ultra all inclusive and it is the worst AI service I have ever seen: the “all in one” combo machine for carbonated drinks, lowest grade alcohol drinks, the worst coffee that I have ever tasted (real espresso is charged extra even for ultra AI), non refillable minibar (they inform you in the start that they’ll not be refilling it). Food was like we were in the army: the same meals every day with a few surprises for our stomach (shrimps and mussels, once in 10 days). Sweets were the worst: same “cake” every single day, just in a different colour. As for the room, it was spacious but we didn’t have wifi in the room. We could not open the window because when we did the room would be full of mosquitoes in the matter of minutes. The parking was like a lottery: if you are lucky, you’ll find a spot to park at. There is no hotel owned, secured parking. All in all, it is a shame that “this” object is called a 5* hotel, more like a premium 2* with a little pool. There is one thing that was not so bad and it is the view from the sky bar.

The only nice thing about this hotel are the rooms. They are spacious and renovated . Furniture is new and bed sheets and towels are changed every day. But here finishes everything nice that this hotel offers. After arriving at the hotel they rudely say that we cannot park next to the entrance we should park in the backyard parking. As there was not enough space, they told us to find something next to it as whole parking was full. However parking spot was enough only for few cars, and we need to park ion the ground under the pine trees. Receptionists are also very rude and not polite. Only women in bar next to reception and man in the rooftop bare are nice and professional. Beach has dark sand and also stones in the water. Every afternoon water in the sea was not clean at all . Swimming pool is veeery small there is a rule to have only 16 people in it. There is no entertainment for kids at all . Worst thing is the meal. Every meal same 3-5 kinds of sweets are offered and no one picks them up because too many insects standing on it.Tables are not cleaned at all just dishes are picked up. Bad food quality with poor variety. In every meal we were eating French fries because that was the only nice thing. Coffee and refreshments are also very cheap ones and very artificial. Do not waste your money here, we have been in 3 star hotels with much better conditions than this, self called 5 star awful hotel.
