Had to ask for “Do not disturb “ sign for my room door to comply with their pet policy and a cable tv guide for TV which I think should be standard room info. I didn’t expect more for the price

Staff was rare to find. We waited 30 minutes for someone to get our key when we arrived. When she did finally show up there were no apologies.
It felt like we were bothering her.
At breakfast there was no one around to refill eggs or bread.
The hotel had an unpleasant odor.
On the good side, the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The staff was very friendly! The bed was very nice! Our room seemed to be newly updated. Overall very clean except I happened to notice what appeared to be soda splatters on the under side of the lamp shade, I can’t say I would ever notice that in my own house. My biggest issue was the humidity in the room. Everything felt damp, including the blankets. Even after running the air all night things still felt damp. It was fine for the price.

Stay was nice. Had an issue with the bathroom lightbulb burning out but was corrected right away. Clean. Only one ice machine was working but a work order was put in.

We stayed in a Baymont for the 1st time 2 days ago and were so pleasantly surprised, we stayed at this one along our route. This one in Columbia was equally nice. The rooms are super clean and the beds are wonderful, including the pillows. Everything worked well. This morning, the fire alarm went off around 8. Heather, the hotel manager, did a superb job managing the guests and fire department through it. We have a pick-up pulling a trailer.and there was still ample parking. My hat's off to you guys!
