Room was quiet and clean. Door keycard scanner was missing a front plate and no lotion was stocked in the room. The front desk staff were not helpful and they wouldn’t deliver lotion or toiletries to the rooms. Also they were on personal phone calls the entire time.

Kind of disappointed
Beautiful,clean room with a separate sitting area and a very big bathroom.. the bed unfortunately was very uncomfortable. It was not supportive at all and so we did not sleep well at all.

Crazy
For starters, my check in was at 3, and my room wasn’t ready until 4:30 and I had a party boat booked for 4 which was inconvenient. Then for some reason someone called the police on me claiming they thought I was choking someone out in my room when I was with my wife the entire time, woke us both up out of our sleep at 10:30. Breakfast was good, and check out was smooth but took days for my deposit to come back to me. Overall not a bad stay but due to past trauma I’d never stay at this location again lol

when i booked this room, i was told breakfast was included. We were only provided beakfast on Sunday. I was also required to pay a $300.00 dollor deposit, which is ok, but i should have been told this when i booked my stay. i also had to go look for the luggage dolly because they only had two and they did not know where they were.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day right. A special thanks to Cesar, who was friendly, professional, and attention to detail truly made the experience even better. His excellent service left a great impression and made me feel valued as a guest
