Best place in Chittorgarkh, awesome fresh food, comfortable rooms on 4th floor with a view on Chittor fort. Royal hospitality. Also visit Castle Bijapur and try their real safari. Highly recomended

Worst Experience Ever at Hotel Partap Palace Sadly, a property with such good architecture and name completely failed in terms of hospitality and basic guest care. The staff is rude, argumentative, and unapologetic, even when guests request something as simple as room cleaning. The room I was given had dirty and spitted curtains, completely unhygienic. I had to sleep the night without curtains, disturbing my entire rest. Their tariff system is another example of mismanagement and cheating. Through a third-party aggregator, I booked the room at ₹1500 per night. However, at checkout, they unilaterally raised the rate to ₹2500 per night, forcing me to pay extra after long arguments, with no accountability from the owner. This property operates on a loot-the-guest mentality—first attracting visitors with the name and looks, then exploiting them. If you want a genuine and peaceful Mewar experience, avoid Hotel Partap Palace. I strongly recommend considering Hotel The Grand Chittorgarh, which is nearby and far more professional. I genuinely feel cheated and regret choosing this place. A total disappointment.

Staff was really nice and gave an early check in according to my train timings. Rooms were really neat and overall the property is exquisite.

Service was very poor. TV was not working, requested to rectify many times. After 3hrs, person visited but was unable to rectify. Ceiling fan was not working. Later changed the room but in new room the AC was not cooling. Then again shifted back to old room only. Generally their service is very slow and when repeated requests are made, then they are not responding even on the call. Though the Heritage look, this hotel is not good for stay. Will never suggest to book this property.

I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at Hotel Pratap Palace in Chittorgarh. Unfortunately, the quality of room number 203 and the overall service fell far below expectations.
The room was in poor condition—there was no tea kettle provided, the electrical board was broken, and even the dustbin was damaged. To make matters worse, the room service was very unsatisfactory. Despite raising these concerns with the hotel management and requesting a room change, no action was taken. We felt helpless and had no choice but to stay in that condition for the night.
This experience was truly frustrating and not what one expects from a hotel stay. I hope necessary improvements are made so that future guests do not have to face similar issues.
我们在这家酒店只吃了午饭，这家酒店经常被导游选为旅行团的下榻之处。服务很差。我们点的两杯饮料中，有一杯根本没上。一开始我等了一会儿，后来觉得要了也来不及了。可笑的是，他们直到结账的时候才发现漏了一杯。他们还漏了一块馕，也是我主动要的。我们点的一道菜说是时令蔬菜，但看起来更像是刚解冻的冷冻蔬菜。总之，这家酒店不推荐。
我们只在这家酒店的餐厅吃了午餐。宽敞的房间内和室外宽敞的草坪上都设有桌子。房间很温馨，很干净，桌子间隔很好。根据导游的建议，我们吃了印度烤鸡，味道非常好。服务很快而且很有礼貌。
