The hotel was ok but what they don’t tell you they don’t service the room we stay for 7 days and just o e day we had the bed made and brought new towels but not cleaning come on give me a break and the excuse short of staff not acceptable last time I’ll stay there tTERRIBLE

This policy is posted at our front desk during check-in, and the same information is also available in every guest room through the digital directory QR code, and on the housekeeping notification sticker located on each bathroom mirror.During your stay from November 24th through November 30th, your room was serviced according to this schedule. You received stayover service on November 26th, and a full clean—including linens changed, towels replenished, trash removed, and all surfaces cleaned—on November 27th. On Thanksgiving Day, our housekeeping team was off to spend the holiday with their families; however, our front desk staff remained available 24/7 for any requests, including towel exchanges or trash removal. No additional service requests were made during your stay, but our team was fully prepared to assist.Although we experienced limited staffing due to a Red Travel Advisory and winter weather later in the week, we still maintained coverage to meet all guest needs, and we regret if any part of this was not clearly communicated.We truly value your feedback and will continue to ensure that all guests understand our housekeeping options and know that they can request additional service at any time. The young man who checked us in on the 15th was very personable and helpful. He made sure my handicapped husband had a room not far from the elevator, and arranged for us to have a late check out.

We got the place mainly for the pool were told the pool was at 85F. It was not. It was cold both nights.
