Don’t know why I can’t get the digital room key in time to just go to my room with out having to go to the desk to check in.

The biggest issue was at check-in. We were told our room was ready but since we were 90 minutes early, there would be an early check-in fee. I asked the amount and was told $50. First, the price of the hotel room was expensive enough but to add $50 for a room that was already waiting for us? That's ridiculous. I would have understood an additional fee if the room wasn't ready and we were demanding to be checked in but that wasn't the case. Also, the bed lacked adequate coverage. There was no extra blanket anywhere to be found in the room. We will NOT be staying there again. Very, very disappointed because we've been there before, about 18 months ago, and it was good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the modern decor. The whole facility is very clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I loved that the desk person gave me 2 bottles of water when I arrived. There is a nightlight in the bathroom!!! I usually bring one, but forgot this time. I don’t know why more hotels don’t have this. Simple thing, but very helpful when you have to get up in the middle of the night and don’t know your way around. Great TV options- incl logging into Netflix, Apple TV, etc. I didn’t use the internet because I wasn’t in the room much for my short stay. The breakfast was very good. I had oatmeal, an apple, and hardboiled eggs. Oh and Lavazza coffee!!! Amazing! And they had decaf ready both at my arrival and departure. That was so important for me! I definitely would stay here again and will look at Tru Hilton for all my future hotel stays.

I stay at this Tru a lot to visit elderly parents. At 8 am housekeeping woke me up to see when I was checking out. I was still asleep and wasnt planning on leaving until closer to 11. I mumbled 930 and closed the door. 931 they were knocking again. I did let the front desk kmow I was frustrated and they did make it right.
