There was no oatmeal selection and little waffle batter to make waffles…other than that, it was okay

This property was very nice, staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was the cleaning lady knocking at our door @ 9am. Not even close to check out time. We have a late check out 1p, we also checked in very late and needed to sleep in because we had another busy day and long drive. Then she came back again @12p knocking wanted to know if we are checking out soon, I told her yes @ 1p. I truly did not appreciate this especially how exhausted we were. We selected this hotel because I am a Marriott member and the other Marriott property we had planned on staying, the whole town had no water so we had no option but to drive 45mins to this location so we can take a shower and get some good rest. Breakfast was ok, they only had strawberry waffle mixed, not every one likes strawberry mixed and barely had food left. The lady was trying her best to put more food out but I got gross out because she was sweating from her head, chest and she was serving food. Not very sanitary! The rooms were very nice and had more than what we needed. Maybe next time the cleaning lady/manager should see who’s checking out early or late. I also heard her knocking at another door and she opened it and they were still on their room, also @9am because I ended up going outside our door to ask them for more towels. That’s how I saw her knocking at the other door and I heard them say we are still here.

Love the rooms beds were comfy love the shampoo and conditioner in shower shower gel was out but no biggie try it next time will return

So.... I'd love to give this place a great review. It is a nice property. That said, we're a family of 5 and got it late a super tired. While the two bedroom suite gave us much needed space from our kids, the AC was set to 64 deg. Everyone instantly got cold. It's summer so we're not travelling with jackets. But we couldn't open any windows. Naturally we tried to turn the heater on. Big mistake. The heater smelled like synthetic hair was burning. We had to lock ourselves in the rooms because the smell was so bad in the living room. Staff didn't have another room for us that night even though I know there was availability. The next morning, the new staff acted like it was our fault for turning on the heater in summer... In this situation, if you can't offer a solution, you could at least act like it matters - at a minimum. Or offer some sort of credit or upgrades on future stays. I'm Marriott Bonvoy and have been all over the world for work. C'mon guys. I expect more.

Always stay here when I am traveling from out of town. Nice rooms with kitchens make it easier to eat healthy & save money. The breakfast is goid too with a lot of options for the whole family.
