Front desk didn't care.
So.... I'd love to give this place a great review. It is a nice property. That said, we're a family of 5 and got it late a super tired. While the two bedroom suite gave us much needed space from our kids, the AC was set to 64 deg. Everyone instantly got cold. It's summer so we're not travelling with jackets. But we couldn't open any windows. Naturally we tried to turn the heater on. Big mistake. The heater smelled like synthetic hair was burning. We had to lock ourselves in the rooms because the smell was so bad in the living room. Staff didn't have another room for us that night even though I know there was availability. The next morning, the new staff acted like it was our fault for turning on the heater in summer... In this situation, if you can't offer a solution, you could at least act like it matters - at a minimum. Or offer some sort of credit or upgrades on future stays. I'm Marriott Bonvoy and have been all over the world for work. C'mon guys. I expect more.

Always stay here when I am traveling from out of town. Nice rooms with kitchens make it easier to eat healthy & save money. The breakfast is goid too with a lot of options for the whole family.

Con: Floors & walls of the room are gross. I used the stained towels to make a pathway for walking, so that helped.
Pro: The 2-bedroom has a great floor plan, including 2 bathrooms.

The suite we stayed in was like a full apartment. It met our needs and expectations in every way.

Staff was great. Room was good, bathroom a little aged. There was a loud banging noise we kept hearing from the bathroom, probably associated to ventilation. I’d still recommend the hotel.

我到的时候，因为雷暴，他们停电了，我甚至没法通过电动推拉门进去，只好另找一家酒店。虽然不是他们的错，但我还是会要求退款。
