everything is done right at this hotel. From the check-in experience to the staff attentiveness. The only areas of improvement I can think of are to get a better restaurant choice on the property. Aside from that things are done pretty well!

Excellent location - close to the highway and far east section of Medicine Hat. Staff were very friendly both at checkin and checkout, site also had free bottled water and snacks. Room was clean and large, had many extra touches such as a wooden bench for clothes in the washroom, glass door shower (not a flimsy curtain), decorative door in front of fridge,and 24hour room service. Will be staying again our next time through.
