Unfortunately, there were no requests for a "balcony view" associated with your reservation. However, your guest room did have a balcony. All of our rooms have balconies. We were also not informed by you of any issues you experienced with your toilet. We have since rented the same room with no issues.I do hope you will choose to stay with us again in the future. I do apologize, but we will not be issuing a refund to you.

The room is dated and in need of some TLC. Rust, moldy toilet, musty smell. They provide room service and made beds, restocked linens. The bayview from the balcony was wonderful. Small pool and the cafe is in another building.

The toom was very nice and had a lovely balcony overlooking the bay. There are just a couple of things that would’ve made this stay even better. You have to check in at the hotel next-door, but that was never communicated to us beforehand. There was a note on the door that I didn’t notice at first. The room was a little bare boned. It would’ve been nice if there had been a lamp and charging station on both nightstands instead of just one. And the bathroom had no place to hang my toiletry bag or counter space to place things on. There also is no shelf in the shower to place shower things. I think the addition of those simple items would make the stay much more comfortable. The location was great and it was nice that there was a restaurant to have breakfast in the hotel next-door.

浴室堵塞了，他们收了我将近400英镑，根本没用，说实话我不喜欢这家酒店。我拿了钥匙，要了一间带阳台的房间，结果他们给了我另一间没有阳台的房间。请至少退还一半房费，因为我不推荐这家酒店。

厕所从 25 日星期日一直堵塞到今天 26 日星期一......星期六就要求修理，显然已经修理好了，但还是不行，还是损坏了！

海湾是享受宁静假期的理想场所，但您不应期望酒店能提供舒适或优质的服务。
