我太难过和失望了。我预订后不到10分钟就取消了，因为酒店提供的房间根本住不下三个人，但预订页面却显示可以住三位客人。我立即取消了订单，现在却不给退款。我付了钱却没能入住，真是太糟糕了。这让我的旅行体验比以往任何时候都差。
位置很方便，离地铁站400米，楼外有免费停车位（地下停车场收费）。但是入住期间的客房清洁服务不太尽如人意，他们甚至不每天铺床和清理垃圾桶，直到我提出来才做。
这是我第一次住这家酒店，说实话，简直是一场灾难。火警警报响了三次——晚上两次，凌晨两点又响了一次，全都是误报。凌晨两点那次把整个酒店的人都吵醒了，我们不得不全部疏散。我从楼梯走下去，但当我试图回去的时候，却被锁在楼梯间里，完全看不到工作人员。我不得不等着别人来放我进去，然后又等了15分钟才坐上电梯，因为所有人都想回自己的房间。我花了将近40分钟才回到房间。之后我就再也睡不着了，而我早上还有个面试——这正是我订这家酒店的全部原因。酒店没有任何工作人员出来解释或道歉。大堂里甚至连一个工作人员都没有——只有消防员。这简直无法接受。
非常好！前台服务周到又热情。酒店靠近地铁站，出行非常方便。房间干净舒适。洗澡时淋浴间的玻璃门关不严，建议在门口放块毛巾，这样卫生间就不会被水弄湿了。另外，房间里没有拖鞋，需要自己准备。
如果想自己简单煮食，这是个不错的地方。在Macquarie Center可以坐292公交到达。建议被子加厚，实在很冷。门缝太大，感觉有点奇怪。
部分房型有洗衣机，这一点挺好的，离附近的购物中心可以走路到达。没有早餐，就是一个公寓，价格偏贵，整体还算ok
过去几年我们在这家酒店住过几次，每次体验都很棒，但遗憾的是，这次入住没有达到我们的预期。
我们房间的电视坏了，当我们联系前台寻求帮助或解决方案时，他们竟然让我们自己联系技术人员。这真的挺让人失望的，因为这影响了我们的入住体验——房间里没电视，我们感觉没什么事可做，整体体验大打折扣。
更糟糕的是，凌晨一点到两点，以及早上的时候，我们都被婴儿的哭声吵醒，导致我们没能好好休息。
我们本来非常期待再一次愉快的入住，但很可惜，这次的住宿没有达到我们一直以来对这家酒店的期望。
