I had not good experiences with the food. The ribs were so fatty never order them. I had ordered salsa and chips which you get guacamole too but the chips were uneaten due to the salt! Their menu is very limited. For the price of their food I expected much more than what was available.

我订了酒店，之后立刻意识到我们来不及赶到。我试图在预订备注里说明我们会在第二天到达，但没成功。然后我又试着给酒店打电话，最后只好开车开始了20个小时的旅程。
我决定就这么凑合着住，用房间洗个澡，上个厕所，稍微整理一下，吃顿我付过钱的早餐。然而，当我到达酒店时，他们告诉我房间刚刚换了，而且他们给我打过电话，但这根本不是真的，因为我的手机上没有任何未接来电或短信。
他们告诉我，如果我想再住几个小时，就得重新付一遍我已经付过钱的房间费用。
这家酒店以前真的很不错，是我每次从洛杉矶到德克萨斯的必住之处；但是，我以后绝对不会再住这里了。
不允许已付费入住一晚的客人使用洗手间，这完全不符合热情好客和以客户/服务为导向的标准。
由于 ******* 应用程序出现故障，我提前一周取消了房间预订，但他们拒绝退款。
