Going from the back parking lot to the hotel was easy, room was clean, and beds were pretty comfortable. Not too firm. Pillows were nice! Breakfast was amazing. So many options, a full kitchen, and lots of healthy choices.

我付了停车费，却发现没有车位，因为大门坏了，其他不住酒店的客人也把车停在了那里。
经理耸了耸肩，给了我一张地图，让我把车停在两英里外的地方，然后我得在伯明翰的夜色中走回去。
他们根本没提供任何帮助——大概还有其他五六个人也遇到了同样的问题。
第二天我不得不打电话下去要毛巾和卫生纸，因为整个周末都没人打扫房间，而且我们房间本来就只有一点点。第二晚简直糟透了，我不得不两次打电话给前台反映楼上房间的噪音问题。听起来他们好像在开派对，吵得我几乎整晚都没睡着。我打了两次电话，退房的时候也提了这件事，但根本没人理会。前台连句道歉都没有。早餐还不错，但是到了早上9点，很多东西就没了或者快吃完了。等食物重新摆好的时候，我已经吃了一些残羹剩饭了。总的来说，性价比太低了。两晚将近1000美元，房间都没人打扫，还要打电话要卫生纸和毛巾，还要整晚听醉汉吵闹，这价格也太贵了吧？！我又不是住在速8酒店。哈哈
你们的员工建议我们使用附近一个街区外的付费停车场，结果我们的货车被撬了。我们因此损失了物品和车辆损坏。我们以后绝不会再入住你们酒店，也不会推荐你们。
这家酒店是五星级的，但停车安排简直糟糕透顶。公共的“备用”停车场肮脏不堪，到处都是尿液，极其不安全。
