The hotel has a great location, just a 10-minute walk to the subway.
The facilities are also quite new and clean. The breakfast is fairly rich and meets basic needs.
The bed in the room is really comfortable! I slept super deeply.
The best part is that the hotel staff are especially friendly and warm. After checking out, when I confirming the fare with the taxi driver, the hotel staff proactively helped communicating with the driver: firstly, because the Turkish driver had limited English; secondly, to ensure the fare was reasonable.

住了一周时间，总体感觉很好，员工都很有礼貌，早餐也挺好吃。交通方便，关于之前有评论说上不了网的问题，主要是浏览国内视频网页，或者微信语音视频聊天就会暂时断网，过一会就恢复，可能是网络端口限制，但是浏览YouTube视频就没问题。一切都挺好，后续会再来。
非常好，位置也很棒。
酒店地理位置不错，步行10分钟到地铁。
参加设施也很新和干净。
早餐也比较丰富，可以满足基本需求。
房间的床真的很舒服！睡的超级deep。
最赞的是酒店的服务人员特别友好和热情。
退房后打车和司机确认费用时，酒店服务人员主动帮忙和司机交流： 一是因为土耳其司机英语有限；二是确认车费的合理性。
对小朋友特别nice。

工作人员态度很差，服务糟糕透顶。冰箱是坏的，空调也不制冷，我们热得一身汗。
更荒谬的是，停车还要收费，简直糟透了！我是相信携程才去的，结果非常非常不满意。
对于需要住一晚的旅客来说，这是一家不错的酒店，特别是从萨比哈·格克琴机场 (SAW) 出发的话。交通便利，靠近地铁站。房间干净。附近有超市。酒店门口有公交车，可以直接前往附近的购物中心。
而且，热门的苏阿迪耶 (Suadiye) 派对区乘坐公共交通或出租车也十分方便。
酒店位置、设施、早餐都算普通，但作为四星级酒店来说应该算不错的了。酒店很干净，这点很好。
是朋友推荐的酒店，因为第一天体验好所以又多订了两天！堪比五星级的服务。
在主楼后面的分店，安静舒适。特别是枕头睡得舒服，不是一般酒店那种很高的。
前台的所有工作人员都非常乐于助人，他们还为我庆祝生日，非常贴心……谢谢:)

房间和洗手间都比较小，早餐一般，种类不是很多，前台和房间的工作人员服务态度都还可以，距离地铁也很近，房间景色很好，圣诞节快乐
