Ann moved us to an ocean view room. It was excellent.

The only issues with the unit were the noisy fan in the 2nd bathroom and the icemaker apparently didn't work (or we couldn't figure out how to turn it on, which is more likely the case).

All room amenities were clean and operated well.

Our only comment regarding the facility as a whole .... the reception/check in office on the 3rd floor is rather inconvenient.

This was a fantastic place to stay! My kids are already saying they want to go back & that this was the best hotel they have ever been in. The pool was so cool, with a portion to swim into a “cool” tub (like a hot tub with bubbles but cold water). They have an outdoor and indoor hot tub, a kiddie pool, 2 grills, and a fire pit outside. My kids also couldn’t get over the foot wash stations for when you come back from the beach. The room was really nicely decorated and the beds were so comfortable! The only thing is that your about 25 -30 minutes from the beach skywheel and the same from “broadway at the beach”. Which was fine for us (less people) I really can’t say enough great things about this hotel, except that we will be back but for a longer stay!

Family trip

Room was great and updated. Everyone was nice. Only thing i didnt like was you cant get extra towels of needed since there is no room service during tour stay. But overall love the room and would highly recommended. Also parking garage had limited space but extra uncovered parking across the street

The room itself was spacious and clean. My only issue was check in. We got there at 7:30 after working half the day and driving the other half we just wanted to get to our room shower and go to bed. There was another couple checking in ahead of us. The lady at the front desk was explaining everything to them gave them their room number & sent them to another lady to get their key. Then it was our turn she needed to know ages & names of everyone staying. This took a little over 5 minutes. She gives us the room number & tells us to see the other lady to get our keys. We had to wait 15 minutes or more for her to finish up with the couple ahead of us. It’s finally our turn and she starts her whole sales pitch and we tell her we just want our room keys. She then proceeds to get snotty with us. Saying stuff like having respect for people and everyone has a job to do etc. I said we aren’t trying to be rude but we are just really ready to get in our room. I really hope they change the check in process because if there was more than one person in front of us. Check in just does not seem like the greatest time to sell people anything.

This is a wonderful resort with great amenities and helpful friendly staff. Our unit was clean and very nice with everything we needed for our stay. The property grounds and common areas are well maintained. Concierge was helpful with good information except the push for member presentation we were not interested in - only negative. Parking is tight in the building but there is an overflow lot across the street. Location is perfect for our interests. Thank you!!

It was absolutely perfect. My kiddos loved every bit of it and we did too. The view was perfect, just what this working mama needed. If i could give the front desk staff more than five stars i would. They're incredibly sweet and so helpful. Will definitely be booking with them again. This place is so clean and smelled wonderful inside and out.

******* billed me for a hotel reservation total including taxes. Club Wyndham WestWind billed me an additional large amount of money when I arrived at check in. Bottom line, don't book thru ******* or any third party, book directly with the hotel. Not happy!
