I was extremely disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. Our first room had an extreme smell of throw up when we entered. We requested a new room and this room didn’t smell but the room was clearly not cleaned before our arrival—there was hair in the bathtub, all over the mirror, the bathroom surfaces were visibly dirty, and both the bed sheets and comforter had stains. On top of that, the floor was wet when I walked in, which was both uncomfortable and concerning.

I hope management addresses these issues to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

After checking in, my first room had a smoke detector that kept chirping so told the front desk girl and she moved me to another room across from my original room. The new room reeked of cigarettes/smoke but was too exhausted to ask for another room swap, so just dealt with it. Probably wouldn't stay here again. Just felt the rooms wasnt serviced correctly.

No one at the reception desk when we got there. Called the hotel phone and the front desk phone rang and rang. Someone finally came out of the elevator over 10 minutes later. Shower head could not be adjusted.
