The floor was not clean in the room! Our feet got dirty and that is scary. On Sunday, the breakfast was not ready until after 6:15.

The commute to all of the main spots wasn’t too far away. There were a few spots in the area that were able to walk to. Everything was easy going

What was unique was the way the roomwas situated. I had a ♿️ room and the sink and bathroom were in different places. The towels which are normally where the shower was werent located there.they were located on the outside of bathroom. The bathroom door squeaked very loudly so when i had to use the bathroom at night the loudness of opening the door was irrating not to mention that could walk up the other person in the room that was sleeping. The entrance door into the room had a large space which the door wasn't securely shut tight. Didnt find this hotel excellent just ok.The price was durable for 2 nights and John our agent that checked us in was professional not generally friendly. He never smiled just business minded.
Pros: Hotel was centrally located which is always a plus for me and I was able to do a decent walk around the community which i enjoyed. My neice unbeknownst to me when i booked this hotel she lives 6 minutes away which was a plus.

The staff were all super helpful and friendly, special shout out to Charlotte at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was always solid and she was always kind and welcoming. The pool looked nice, though we didn't use it. Parking was plentiful. You can easily walk to some restaurants or take a short drive to a bunch of shopping/dining. Our only complaint was finding a few areas in our room that hadn't been cleaned particularly well before our stay.

Filthy and strong smell of ****
We checked into the hotel at approximately 7:15 pm. The attendant at the front desk at that time was very professional. Our family took our things to our room and quickly needed to leave for our scheduled event. We returned to the hotel at 12:40 am exhausted and ready for bed. The entire hallway had an overwhelming stench of ****. Once we entered our hotel room the stench was even worse. We were not able to stay in our room. No one would have been able to sleep due to the smell. I immediately reported this to the person at the front desk who then asked sent another employee to investigate the smell. The employee claimed that when people check into the hotel and their clothes and bags smell of **** that it can cause the smell to be left in the area they were in. The smell was extremely intense. This did not seem logical. We were never even offered the option to move to another room. Within 15 minutes I booked another room next door at the Home2Suites by Hilton.

Amazing staff! John, Ms. Charlotte and Amber Williams went above and beyond to accommodate my family’s needs. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. The Business center was great since I had to use it for work/printing documents. This is my 2nd time staying here (extended my stay as well) and I highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay. The rooms were neat and tidy. The staff was professional, especially Miss Charlotte, who served a very nice and filling breakfast in the morning.
