They reboot their system at night. Checking in was a hassle. Homeless man sleeping outside. The breaker flipped in the room. Blanket had rips in it. Breakfast was powdered eggs.

The room smelled awful .. like mold! The shower in the bathroom was DISGUSTING. Covered in mildew .. fingerprints all over the fridge so I know it was not wiped down

We have stayed at this location a couple of times in the past 4 years that our daughter is at UA. This time was not so great. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working. There was mold in the shower. On Saturday I asked for clean towels and was told the hotel was full and there were no clean towels to come back at noon. When I went back at 1pm there were still no clean towels. We went down for breakfast on Friday (9:45) yes breakfast ends at 10. But there was nothing. Only juice. And it the food area was filthy. We were supposed to stay another night but asked for a refund and left on Saturday. We always try to stay at a Marriott any time we travel, but will not be going back to this location.

It was a beautiful place. It was clean and smelled good. Room was good and spacious, my only complaint is where the TV was mounted, which is just my grip.

First room we were placed in smelled terrible and carpet was wet. Air apparently not working in that room. Staff was friendly and helpful and quickly changed us to a different room. Differently needs some updates and price not worth it for what is offered. Breakfast there was nothing as was stated that truck was arriving in the afternoon, poor planning on someone’s part.
