房间很干净,感谢推荐这么好的酒店。让我一下飞机就感受到了舒适愉快的体验感。房间整齐干净。而且还准备了吹风机和夹板。四星级的酒店很新。门口就是索菲亚 丽池公园 ,马德里王宫2公里左右。真的是走哪都很方便。门口还有火车站。步行10分钟到达真是愉快的第一站
房间干净整洁,房间的空间很大,有小阳台,很有欧洲的格调,中央空调非常棒,很凉快。卫生间淋浴间水很大,洗澡很爽。
房间都不错,设施也很新,就是入住时间卡的非常严格,一定要三点整才会给房间(酒店的电视上面写着check in time 2pm)有点自相矛盾了……
酒店环境好,地理位置优越,服务到位,接待也很专业

房间很干净,设施齐全,住得很舒服。
房间分隔开来,这点我非常喜欢。房间很干净,员工也都非常友善!他们总是面带笑容,让人感觉很好。设施也很干净,旅行了一天已经很累了,在这里得到了很好的休息。
实际与酒店定位不符,更像没有服务的短租公寓而非四星级酒店。位置离丽池公园和普拉多博物馆不远,但是所在区域属于老城区里偏穷的地带,周围环境不佳,生活并不便利(周围都是些低端超市和印度人开的杂货店)。
房间设计不够人性化,动线设计不佳(住的是高级大床间,有绿色沙发的那种房间)。开放式厨房有异味。
服务有些奇葩:
1.我们住了四晚,但是只有第一晚有两瓶免费的矿泉水,后面再要就不提供了。以前遇到过每天限制瓶装水数量的酒店,这还是第一次遇到只有第一天提供免费矿泉水的酒店(订一晚和订40晚都是只有两瓶水?那如果每晚都分开定是不是每天都有免费矿泉水了?逻辑在哪儿?)在巴塞罗那和瓦伦西亚的酒店都没有遇到过这种情况。
2. 早餐4天没有换过,没有现做的食档。
3. 买了新衣服想借一把剪刀剪去商标,酒店要求去前台剪,不能把剪刀借给住客。这也是第一次遇到。
4. 虽然有的欧洲酒店需要主动要牙刷,但是当牙刷用完一般都会主动更换,可是这家酒店并不会这么做。
5. 酒店的空调只有冷风,马德里最近天气温差大,早上和晚上很冷,问酒店如何解决,酒店把空调系统自动调成了只有热风。后来又调成了只有冷风。当我们要求酒店再调成热风的时候被拒绝了,酒店说现在不是冬天,不能用热风………就不能把空调弄成客人可以在房间调控冷热吗?后来在携程的沟通下,跟他们的经理申请才又变成了热风,然后又被换成了冷风….
6. 因为最后一天要赶早上的飞机,需要7点就离开酒店,来不及吃早餐了,想让酒店在7点前送餐到房间。酒店回复可以送早餐,但是送什么以及多少钱他们也不知道,只有当天才知道………房间里没有送餐菜单就算了,但是定价还要临时定吗?
7. 同上,因为最后一天要很早离开酒店,想让酒店在前一天把账单送到房间做确认,这样就不用浪费时间check out了。酒店回复可以提前结账,但是账单需要去前台结完账才有,不能在结账前看到账单。这逻辑又把我征服了。
总之不能用好和差来评价这家酒店了,只能说无语或者奇葩….
我们2大1小只需要定一张大床+沙发床,当时定这个房间写的是只能入住3人(含2张大床)3份早餐;结果去了酒店前台告诉我们定了2个房间,2个房间可以通过房门打通,有2张2床和一张沙发床,2个厨房,2个客厅,至少可以住5-6个人。为什么携程订单上写的和实际不一致?我们已经过了最晚退订时间,没法退掉一间。花了五星级酒店价格只住了四星级酒店,还浪费一个房间,另外酒店房间靠着马路,夜晚吵到无法入睡。

房间非常舒适、干净,非常适合我们一家三口入住。酒店员工非常棒,不遗余力地帮助我们,对我们的所有问题都微笑着解答,给五星好评。没有他们,我们不可能有如此愉快的住宿体验。
