首先,我预订的时候,花了300美元住两晚,只是碰巧在行程临近时发现了一个更低的价格,于是我取消了之前的预订,重新预订了一个价格更低的。到达酒店后,工作人员找不到我的预订信息,我只好用手机告诉他信息。他终于找到了。我们被安排在五楼。酒店看起来人不多。我们正准备去参加家庭聚会,想加点冰块加水。但由于我们那一层的制冰机坏了,我不得不下两层楼去取冰……这虽然不算什么大问题,但还是有点不方便。我入住期间,最大的问题出现在两个早上7点。我隔壁那家人特别吵,孩子们跑来跑去,又哭又叫。我不确定噪音是来自我楼上还是我们旁边。但随着时间推移,他们的声音越来越大。不用说,前一天晚上很晚才回到酒店,而且远离工作地点,我真的很想睡个懒觉放松一下。结果却没能如愿。我猜我最大的问题是:这家酒店有10层楼,却只有一半的客人入住。(我问了退房的那位女士——顺便说一句,她甚至都没问我住得怎么样——又一次失望)你们为什么要把客人安排得这么近?把房间隔开。我们上次住的时候遇到了麻烦,因为离家人近,所以想再试一次,但这次不想再来了。
前台的女士们上夜班,总是来找我们。他们误以为我们住在房间里,尽管他们只是在我们房间里闲逛而已。他们好像不想在那里工作,因为我们刚拖完地板就离开房间,他们就生气了。我建议他们改进一下客户服务。
不太好。我住过很多次,但不太满意。我进不了房间,不得不不停地跑前台说钥匙坏了。这很让人沮丧,因为我本来就有安排,这严重拖慢了我的进度。
业主为了省钱,决定使用市面上最便宜、压力最低的淋浴喷头。水虽然很热,但由于水压低,淋浴时会感觉很冷。
除非入住5天或以上,否则不提供客房服务。每晚140美元,我至少期望客房服务。如果您需要干净的毛巾,您必须去前台。我们不会再住那里了。前台工作人员非常友好,工作做得很好。
车厢很旧,看起来很旧,一点都不舒服,房间也不干净,我不会推荐
我们房间的风扇关不掉。它整晚都转得很响,严重影响休息。所以以后不会再住了。
