The rooms are always clean staff are very patient nice also professional adna and vince were amazing almost spent a whole month here loved it so much i'll be back 10 out of 10 highly recommend..

Room was not clean, walls were very dirty. Room smelled like cigarettes masked with room spray. Dirty pillow cases. Very loud, both with outside noise and inside noise. Could hear toilet in next room flushing. Parking was easy though and it’s in a convenient location. Staff was friendly.

The staff at this hotel was amazing! They answered my questions and provided fast customer service when I called reception.
Only downsides:
No secure parking garage for guests; there is only limited street parking, which feels unsafe.
While the beds and towels were very clean, the room itself could have been better cleaned, with some visible stains, hairs, and debris on the ground.

Room was very small, bathroom was leaking from the ceiling whenever you go to take a shower, air conditioner was not working.

Stayed here strictly for ease of access to King’s Theater. Bugs all over room. Front desk at least changed out room. Still felt uncomfortable but did not see any more bugs. Trash in hallways. Other reviews deceiving and said clean property. You must be prepared to walk about 10 minutes for train station. Felt safe but most people may not.
