Should we be able to serve you again please mark in notes not a handicap room and golf course or restaurant side of building.Due to inflation and food cost and the fact some guest do not want the breakfast fee included in room rate we have the 5 fee to attempt to cover a portion of the food coast to serve. The room rates posted are lower based on this action.Thanks again we hope to host you in the future.The Cranberry Management.

There was hair in the bed and on the pillowcases. The shower was moldy. I did feel safe though and it was quiet.

Great front desk staff
Nice neighborhood with restaurant across the parking lot. Front desk staff as very helpful. The breakfast was well worth the five dollars charged.

这是一家中档酒店，却自诩为豪华酒店。他们的人员配置肯定有问题。所有事情都由同几个人做。我从未住过一家不每天打扫房间的酒店。我不得不叫服务员来打扫房间，结果她却问我们是不是要退房。床铺没铺，毛巾没换，用品也没更新。考虑到价格，我本来就期待更多。
酒店如果换个地方会更好
酒店本身很棒。感觉相当新/翻新过。员工都很友好。早餐不错，对面的餐厅周六晚上也挺热闹的。但是……如果你住在活动编号的房间，你就面对着68号公路。而且经过的卡车声音很大。我不是说他们鸣笛或故意制造噪音。酒店离高速公路不到50码。我在纽约长大，习惯了晚上的噪音。但这家酒店简直是另一个层次。订一间奇数号的房间，在这家很棒的酒店睡个好觉吧。
我们儿子在西弗吉尼亚大学毕业典礼上住在这里。真希望我们早点找到它。这家餐厅很棒，就在停车场对面，离奇湖也很近。强烈推荐！
这家酒店位于奇特湖 (Cheat Lake)，距离摩根敦 (Morgantown) 20 分钟路程。周末停车难。窗户价格低廉，浴室里能听到交通噪音，晚上难以入睡。还不如睡在外面。早餐要收费。不能同时淋浴和上厕所。空间很大。淋浴间和厕所都没有门。
